Ingrëdiënts
- 1 lb chickën thighs cut into cubës
- 1 tbsp soy saucë
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/3 c lëmon juicë
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 c watër
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lëmon zëst
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 c cornstarch
- oil for frying

Instructions

1. Add soy saucë and thë 2 tbsp cornstarch to your chickën in a bowl and covër with plastic wrap.

2. Lët marinatë for 30 minutës.

3. Whilë thë chickën is marinating add thë lëmon juicë, sugar, watër, 2 tsp cornstarch and lëmon zëst to a small bowl and mix; sët asidë.
